Job Summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a skilled Surveillance Specialist to join our team. As a Surveillance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate electronic surveillance equipment to monitor the activities of all patrons and employees in the casino.
  • Complete department reports as required and provide timely updates to the Surveillance Supervisor.
  • Report any suspicious activity to management and cooperate with other departments to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state gaming regulations and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Responsible Gaming Program.
  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on individual Table Game type processes, policies, and potential integrity compromising acts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of related work experience preferred or combination of education and experience.
  • Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
