Role Responsibilities

As an Operations Strategy Manager at Pair Team, you will report directly to the Director of Business Operations. Your responsibilities will include generating insights, executing new initiatives, and aiding the organization in meeting its growth objectives.

  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to create processes, dashboards, and reports that facilitate growth.
  • Conduct financial and operational analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to design and implement innovative projects.
  • Assist Business Operations in various functions, including provider credentialing, deal pursuit, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a proven ability to drive organizational change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
