KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Guidewheel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Product Marketing strategy during a crucial phase following our successful Series B funding.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and implementing a Product Marketing strategy that aligns with Guidewheel's growth objectives.
  • Establishing a robust Product Marketing framework that fosters strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Crafting product positioning and messaging based on user insights and market analysis.
  • Collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams to develop and promote effective messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Creating impactful marketing materials such as webinars, blogs, and whitepapers, as well as sales support tools like pitch decks and demo scripts.
  • Designing and executing launch plans for new product features in close coordination with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Partnering with leadership to strategize pricing and packaging while informing the product roadmap.
  • Identifying and executing high-impact Product Marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Proven ability to strategically define and execute marketing direction and positioning with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional product positioning and messaging.
  • Strong empathy for customers, with the ability to understand diverse personas and translate insights into effective strategies and materials.
  • Excellent writing skills, capable of producing clear, engaging content tailored to various audiences.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and timely execution.
