Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Perform switchboard operations, relay guest messages, and conduct key and folio audits.
  • Process reservation payments, deposits, and refunds.
  • Reconcile shift activity reports and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests and follow up with guests.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient use of computer skills is required.
  • Proficient use of verbal and written communication skills is required.
