  • Respond to guest requests for specific service needs, such as heat lamps or umbrellas.
  • Complete end-of-shift duties, including restocking supplies and securing the dining area.
  • Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Proactively address and anticipate guest service needs.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members using clear and professional language.
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and service standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare tables according to established service protocols.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in food running and table clearing duties.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of French/Californian cuisine.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain service standards and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in high-pressure environments is beneficial.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.

Experience and Availability:

  • Preferred experience in fine dining settings.
  • Flexible availability is essential.

Compensation:
Starting base pay is $16 per hour, plus tips.
