Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DriveWorks Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions using DriveWorks, a leading product development platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using DriveWorks to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide recommendations for best solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Business Development, and Project Management, to support pre and post-sales activities
  • Analyze customer needs and prepare specifications, design modifications, and make recommendations for efficient use of DriveWorks
  • Coordinate and execute installation of software and technical services
  • Provide technical support and training to clients
  • Troubleshoot using SQL and other technical tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automation and product development
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience using 3D CAD software (SOLIDWORKS preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with DriveWorks
  • 2+ years of professional PDM experience
  • Prior technical support experience in a software-related field
  • Understanding of engineering processes and terms
  • Mechanical design experience desired
  • Customer-focused approach and strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of computer networking and hardware
  • Ability to travel locally and in the region on occasion
