  • Knowledge of programs for low-income households, including public government aid programs and non-profit services in Los Angeles.
  • Volunteer management and supervision.
  • Principles of supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Social work skills and trauma-informed principles.
  • Government and foundation reporting procedures.
