Job Title: Sales Director - Agency Partnerships

Lemonlight is a leading provider of high-quality video production services, catering to marketing and creative agencies. We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to join our team and take charge of driving sales and managing key client relationships.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling our video production services to marketing and creative agencies. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and achieve revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target marketing and creative agencies as potential clients. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong and trusting relationships with key decision-makers at marketing and creative agencies. Understand clients' business objectives, needs, and challenges to effectively position our video production services.
  • Project Management: Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to client expectations.
  • Market Intelligence and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably selling video production services to marketing and creative agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
