Marketing and Communications Director

Centinela Hospital Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Director to join its award-winning team. The Marketing and Communications Director will be responsible for leading the hospital's marketing and communications efforts, including developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing the hospital's website and social media presence, and collaborating with the business development team to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans to promote the hospital's services and enhance its reputation

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications, and apply this knowledge to develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, or communications, including at least three years in the healthcare field
• Proven track record of effectively dealing with senior-level executives, physicians, and board members
