- Business Growth: Develop and implement innovative contracting strategies to drive business growth, improve revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of contract administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Contract Analytics: Develop and maintain contract analytics, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant commercial operations experience, with a focus on pharmaceutical contract operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Business Intelligence reporting (BI); strong critical thinking and analytical abilities; excellent communication and leadership skills.
