    Job Description Summary:

The Dispensary Concierge and Customer Experience Specialist is a key role at Trulieve, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. This position requires a deep understanding of cannabis products, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and coworkers, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Offer empathy and compassion to patients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their experience.
  • Implement the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns, adhering to company policy and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures, maintaining a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assist customers with product or device issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Work with leadership and management to find solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, supporting the team and driving business success.

    Additional Responsibilities:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role.
  • Follow all Trulieve Policies and Procedures as a delivery associate, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent, with experience in the field or a similar field.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 years old in CT, PA, and WV), with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must have prior cash handling experience, with a strong understanding of handling cash and operating a Point of Sale system.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision, with a strong sense of autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism, with the ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely, with a strong sense of empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to communicate in conversational English, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, laptop).
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties, with a strong sense of stamina and endurance.

    Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

    Work Schedule:

This position requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The average workweek is 40 hours, with the possibility of overtime as required.
