Lead Our Organization to Success

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting and analysis of sales activity using our CRM system.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
