We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become part of our sales team as a Sales Account Executive. As a respected leader in providing effective, all-natural solutions that enhance animal nutrition, wellness, and performance, we take pride in our role as a Preferred Supplier and a member of the esteemed National Animal Supplement Council.

This role will report directly to the Companion Animal Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing sales activities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential customers to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Enhance sales within existing accounts by introducing innovative products and educating clients on new applications.
  • Develop and nurture distributor relationships to boost sales activities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client details, sales progress, and opportunities.
  • Work towards achieving personal sales targets in alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Expand your knowledge of products and industry trends through continuous learning and participation in training sessions.
  • Meet established sales metrics as set by the Department Manager.
  • Engage primarily in sales activities via phone communication (approximately 90%), supplemented by other methods such as email and text.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative discussions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven motivation for sales and strategic sales planning.
  • Effective client management and prospecting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt (coachability).
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
