Compensation:

$40,000 annually + performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address all client and internal inquiries regarding transactions to ensure a seamless process and outstanding customer service.
  • Review all loan documentation for accuracy and report any inconsistencies to the loan officer or originator.
  • Support administrative tasks including managing calls, scheduling appointments, and other related duties.
  • Compile necessary loan documentation for verification and underwriting, including loan files, credit reports, and additional mortgage application materials.
  • Act as the main point of contact and intermediary between clients, the branch manager, and the assigned mortgage loan originator, facilitating meetings to coordinate follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional communication and customer service.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional office setting, preferably in a role such as loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various loan products, including conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/fixed, and commercial loans.
  • NMLS certification or training is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office; familiarity with CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily.
  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.
