We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide and Caregiver to join our team at The Landing at Stone Oak, a luxury memory care community in San Antonio, Texas.

The Landing at Stone Oak

This luxury memory care community offers a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents. As a Certified Nurse Aide and Caregiver, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse to provide routine resident care, including performing skills to meet the activities of daily living (ADLs), assisting residents with maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring adequate nutritional and fluid intake. You will also assist with meal service and feeding residents, report any changes in patient condition or concerns to the supervisor, and utilize standard precautions and infection control procedures.

Requirements:
  • Certified Nurse Aides must have current state registration
  • Utilize basic knowledge of communication techniques, infection control, safety, body mechanics, and age-related differences when providing care
  • Prefer a high school diploma or GED
  • Able to read, write, and comprehend English
  • Must complete an annual training
  • One year experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years old
