Administrative Support Coordinator

The Alamance Academy LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our staff, helping to ensure the success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience. If you are a highly organized and communicative individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; healthcare experience a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
