About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pharmaron. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business cases and presentations to secure funding and support for new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
