Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Winsor Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales leads, as well as managing existing accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to prospect new sales leads, engage with potential customers, and prepare them for our Account Executives.
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with existing accounts, providing educational opportunities, and requesting referrals to drive business growth.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries, identify areas for improvement, and suggest new products or services to meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Proven experience with sales techniques, including cold calls
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for data analysis
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

Work Environment: Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we're excited to meet candidates who share our passion for sales and business growth.
