About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Paid Acquisition team. As a subject matter expert for go-to-market experimentation, you'll build fast-growing marketing programs, focusing on B2B and SaaS. You'll partner closely with our marketing analytics, product marketing, and creative teams to plan, buy, and optimize targeted media campaigns, delivering on direct response goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across various channels, including Google ads, Bing ads, content syndication, and direct mail.
  • Build and manage multi-million dollar budgets, owning both strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise cross-channel campaigns and drive advancement in our analytic capabilities.
  • Drive reporting and analysis on campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Execute and analyze various media campaign studies to measure incremental impact, causal impact, and A/B testing.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets, driving and executing spend optimization decisions rapidly.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing $10m+ budgets for paid media programs, including YouTube, Demand Gen, Performance Max, display, and direct mail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present to leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions.
  • Proven track record of building and executing experimentation plans, including creative testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000/yr to $136,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $127,000/yr to $155,000/yr in San Francisco & New York. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k)s, and team management tools.

Work Environment:

We have physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
