{"Job Title": "Senior Oil Marketing Manager", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oil Marketing Manager to lead our crude oil marketing efforts in the Uinta basin. The successful candidate will have significant experience in E&P crude oil marketing, including contract negotiation, commodity sales, and deal evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate complex deals and identify market alternatives for crude oil
* Negotiate new transportation, storage, and sales contracts
* Manage existing contracts and build relationships with buyers and service providers
* Oversee product movement from wellhead to market to ensure flow maximization
* Approve transportation/freight invoices for payment
* Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations
* Monitor commodity market fundamentals and implications on forward pricing
* Work with Treasury to ensure counterparty creditworthiness
* Perform acquisition/divestiture evaluations and due diligence
* Prepare production and pricing forecasts and other market analyses/models
* Calculate quarterly price and transportation differentials for corporate reserve valuations
* Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of crude sales economics
* Work closely with regional personnel
* Help develop long-term marketing strategy and planning

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
* Minimum 8 years of Oil and Gas industry experience
* Crude oil commercial experience required
* Familiarity with rail movements and logistics highly preferred
* Familiarity with waxy crude highly beneficial
