Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Manager to join our IT team. As part of the IT Group, this individual will oversee the deployment and integrations of various software packages, managing software implementations across the firm, from small-scale implementations to complete ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead End-to-End Implementation Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver software system implementations, including project planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and integrations with existing software.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with key stakeholders to identify integration requirements and design solutions that seamlessly connect systems with existing software applications, ensuring data integrity and workflow continuity.
  • Assess Software Compatibility: Evaluate the compatibility of software solutions with existing systems, identifying potential integration points, data mapping requirements, and technical dependencies.
  • Develop Integration Strategies: Design and implement integration strategies, leveraging middleware tools, APIs, and custom development as needed to facilitate data exchange and synchronization between disparate systems.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer technical expertise to optimize systems functionality, monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed to ensure system reliability.
  • Document Integration Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer and future system enhancements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in integration architecture, sharing insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and Manage a Team: Provide leadership, coordination, training, and mentoring to a team of Business System Specialists, managing their projects and ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: In software implementation, with a focus on ERP-level systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Team Leadership Experience: A minimum of 6 years of team leadership/management experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Deltek, Dynamics, Workday, Newforma, PowerBI, Cinchy, BST, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully leading both large-scale and small-scale implementation projects, including integrations with existing software applications.
  • Integration Principles: A deep understanding of integration principles, methodologies, and tools, with hands-on experience implementing integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex integration issues and develop effective solutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $142,249 to $163,869 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualifications in the job description. This salary range is applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California, New York City, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington markets.

This role requires sedentary work for prolonged periods, interacting with clients, and occasional travel.
