About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • DE&I Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive DE&I strategies to support and align with the company's business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute DE&I initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Training and Awareness:
    • Design and deliver DE&I training programs to educate employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
    • Develop and implement awareness campaigns to promote understanding and support for DE&I efforts.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze data trends to provide insights and measure the effectiveness of DE&I strategies.
    • Collaborate with HR and other key stakeholders to collect and analyze data and determine measurable outcomes.
  • Diversity Recruitment:
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement diverse recruitment strategies.
    • Ensure equitable practices throughout the hiring process.
  • DE&I Training Facilitation:
    • Facilitate engaging and interactive DE&I workshops, discussions, and focus groups to promote dialogue and understanding among employees.
    • Actively measure and report the impact and effectiveness of DE&I workshops, discussions, and focus groups.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field (DE&I or HR certification preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in DE&I program management or related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
    • Experience in designing and delivering DE&I training programs and workshops.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
