About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team on the evening shift. As a key member of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct visitors while managing the incoming phone lines
  • Create correspondence, data entry, printing, scanning, manage office supplies, and receive mail/deliveries
  • Monitor the employee door and ambulance bay entrance
  • Ensure our residents are safe and non-disruptive

Requirements
