Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage child welfare operations within designated service areas.
  • Collaborate with local officials, community stakeholders, and tribal leaders to strengthen partnerships and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding safety, permanency, and well-being.
  • Set strategic goals for the service area and coordinate with leadership to implement work plans.
  • Guide administrative teams in applying policies and standards consistently.
  • Mentor and support management and staff to foster teamwork and enhance service delivery.
  • Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives to assess program effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in public administration, social sciences, or related fields, along with managerial experience in workload management, budget oversight, and community engagement.

Preferred: Master's degree in social work or public administration, with extensive supervisory and leadership experience, including public speaking and collaboration with diverse community groups.

Other Requirements: Valid driver's license or ability to provide independent transportation.

Compensation: Salary will be determined based on education and experience.
