Salary: $80k – 120k

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Manager to lead and oversee our clinic's programs. In this role, you will manage clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. You'll be responsible for program development, compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for both clinicians and clients. This is a key leadership position, requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep commitment to improving the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and development for Clinical Team Leaders and Supervisors.
  • Track monthly clinical reviews and group attendance for team leaders and supervisors.

Recruitment and Retention:

  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for behavioral health positions.

Operational Duties:

  • Develop and lead clinical training for new and existing staff, including onboarding and assessment training.
  • Facilitate weekly drop-in provider support meetings, monthly team leader meetings, and offer case consultation as needed.
  • Oversee brief phone screenings and consultations with providers.
  • Work with the admin team to ensure accurate documentation in client records, oversee records requests, and coordinate care between providers and external entities.
  • Serve as a liaison between the front desk and other departments.
  • Provide direct therapy to a caseload of up to 10 client sessions per week.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Support quality assurance by ensuring documentation standards are met and compliance with QA policies.
  • Train providers on clinical reviews with managed care.
  • Oversee the release and request of records and coordinate care with external providers.
  • Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Oregon license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
  • At least 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • 5+ years experience in assessing medical necessity.
  • 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
  • No unresolved board complaints.
