Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team at Top Candidate Search Group. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and growing new business within assigned territory, at facilities that use regional pain management including hospitals, surgical centers, and pain clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and grow new business within assigned territory
- Educate and work alongside procedures with Anesthesiologists, Anesthesia Techs, CRA's, Surgical Suite teams, L&D, ER, PACU, IR, and Neurology
- Gain trusted relationships with influential decision makers to create champion programs within the territory
- Negotiate contracts with private facilities, as well as, GPO & IDN's as needed
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve individual sales goals
- Launch new products to market, while maintaining focus on flagship products in the portfolio
- Partner with internal leadership teams to improve marketing and customer experience efforts, and share VOC intelligence from the field
Requirements:
- 3-15+ years medical device sales experience owning and managing a quota, preferred hospital and/or operating room sales
- Experience selling a combination of disposable and capital equipment devices
- Clear understanding of your sales process managing a territory over $1M and growing the territory YOY
- Proven sales achievements, with a brag book
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory with 3-5 overnights per month
Compensation:
Base salary + monthly commissions on all existing business, equaling to about 10k monthly earnings, 1st year OTE is $160k uncapped (yr2- $175k, yr3 $200k). Plus Company Car, Expenses, 401k, and full medical benefits.
