Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Delight OR Management, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including managers and crew members, to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming dining environment.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer traffic, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and coaching.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, with frequent walking and bending.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier objects.
