Composite Fabrication Specialist

Position Overview:
The Composite Technician will engage in a variety of hands-on activities while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and advocate for the Core Values of Safety, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement
- Perform composite repairs, fabrications, and layup processes for the aerospace, automotive, and space sectors
- Assemble and bond composite structures
- Utilize a range of composite materials, including carbon fiber and fiberglass
- Follow manufacturing guidelines and technical specifications to repair and modify components
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience with hand tools and machinery operation
- Ability to read and comprehend company documentation
- Good manual dexterity for handling small components
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to collaborate within a team
- Physically fit to stand or walk for extended durations and lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication and time management capabilities
- Willingness to work additional hours and weekends as required
Compensation Range: $22 - $24 per hour
