Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including managers and crew members, to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming dining environment.

- Operations and Logistics
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.

Requirements
