Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Intern to join our team at Upgrow. As a key member of our Paid Media team, you will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives, client management, and agency growth efforts.

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office attendance in San Francisco 3x per week, with the remaining days allowing for remote work flexibility. You will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital marketing and sales while directly contributing to the success of our clients and agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold outreach and prospecting for new business
  • Sales networking and attending events
  • Sales research and identifying new opportunities
  • Participating in sales discovery calls
  • Supporting the sales team with sales enablement tasks
  • HubSpot CRM management and updating client information
  • Assisting the founders with sales initiatives and strategies
  • Sales follow-up and nurturing leads through the pipeline
  • Strengthening client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients
  • Creating partnerships and referral agreements
  • Organizing and facilitating networking events for the agency
  • Social media posting and engagement
  • Writing blog posts and content for marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving results
  • Great communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand terms
  • Highly organized and process-driven with the ability to use project management tools
  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Competitive and confident with a strong work ethic
