The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketer to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Research and identify new influencers and manage the pipeline in a scalable way
  • Establish strong relationships with talent and agency contacts
  • Build influencer tracking parameters and reporting, track influencer organic and paid performance, and report daily results to the CEO
  • Work with internal teams to support influencer campaigns
  • Maintain monthly influencer budget and forecast
  • Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and platforms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, Talent Relations, PR, and/or Brand Marketing
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working at a startup in the DTC/CPG or consumer space
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,000 - $150,000, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company match, flexible PTO policy, paid holidays, catered lunch on Fridays, and company events. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced founding team and be part of a Y-Combinator backed startup.
