Position Overview
As a Healthcare Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the onboarding of patients into our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing orders from referral sources and patients, addressing inquiries via phone and fax, and resolving any patient concerns.
  • Evaluating patient requirements and documenting requests for care coordination.

Qualifications
  • Required: Minimum one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $25.65 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience and education.
