Position Overview
As a Healthcare Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the onboarding of patients into our services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing orders from referral sources and patients, addressing inquiries via phone and fax, and resolving any patient concerns.
- Evaluating patient requirements and documenting requests for care coordination.
- Providing essential information regarding equipment, supplies, and services to relevant departments to ensure seamless patient onboarding.
- Collaborating with the Insurance Verification Team to process patient information and gather coverage details.
- Communicating insurance benefits to referral sources and patients, and discussing necessary billing documentation with patients.
In this role, you will utilize your healthcare knowledge and customer service expertise to positively impact patients' lives by supporting new patient admissions.

Qualifications
- Required: Minimum one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $25.65 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate for all positions within this job grade. Actual salary offers will depend on various factors, including experience and education.
