Position Overview: We are seeking a Healthcare Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Client Services Team is essential to the patient care process.

With qualities such as patience, integrity, education, and empathy, a Healthcare Client Services Coordinator will assist our patients in improving their well-being and overall quality of life.

Key Attributes: The ideal candidate is personable and enjoys assisting others. They should be adaptable and quick to learn new software applications. Essential skills include multitasking, effective communication, and critical thinking. Exceptional customer service is vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, medical assistants, and nursing staff within the organization.
  • Ensure client and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Clarify treatment procedures to patients and provide follow-up education.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments or directing calls as necessary.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Check voicemails and return customer calls promptly.
  • Maintain daily email communication with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Organize and keep work areas, supplies, and equipment tidy.
  • Deliver customer service and apply problem-solving skills to address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Note: Duties and responsibilities may evolve at any time with or without notice.
  • Training will take place in our Tampa office.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare preferred.
  • High School Diploma required (Associate's degree in healthcare preferred).
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email etiquette.
  • Capability to learn and utilize various computer programs effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, 12:15 PM - 9:00 PM
