The Spa Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be the face of our spa, providing comprehensive and professional conduct to our guests, while also supervising our Front Desk staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable understanding of spa services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Assist Spa Management in conducting performance evaluations for all staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring proper stock levels of retail and professional products, and assist in monitoring inventory and product supply ordering.
- Conduct daily treatment room checklist inspections, noting inconsistencies and accuracies, and work alongside Leads to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Responsible for the day-to-day spa operation duties, including opening and closing, cash handling procedures, general facility maintenance, and audit reconciliations.
- Assist Spa Management in ensuring all monthly sales goals are being achieved, and prepare bi-weekly hourly payroll reports and approvals for the department.
- Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs and concerns, with a professional and pleasant manner.
- Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities, when needed, and interact cooperatively with guests and co-workers.
- Anticipate guests' needs and adhere to Well & Being Spa and TRILOGY's standards for guest service, including FORBES 5 Star Standards.
- Diffuse guest challenges and communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty in a timely fashion.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards, and organize and distribute guest surveys by department.
- Manage all front desk incentives, and be responsible for closing reports and cash bank reconciliation.
- Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with general policy and procedures.
- Train and ensure all front desk associates deliver exceptional service, offering corrective counseling when needed.
- Ensure front desk staff are monitored and informed of treatments, groups, and other promotions.
- Responsible for the execution and communication of promotions, developing marketing links from Spa Soft to promotions.
- Ensure all protocols are adhered to, and act as a leader for service providers, working with Spa Management to enforce service standards, SOP's, and assist in disciplinary actions as needed.
- Assist Spa Management with Service Provider schedules, as needed, and ensure that technician licenses are up to date and renewed, as needed.
- Responsible for quarterly meetings of their department and recording attendance for payroll accuracy.
- Provide a communication channel from Spa Management to their team, and assist with scheduling and rotation of duties.
- Communicate any maintenance/general cleanliness issues to Resort partners and communicate issues with Spa Management and team.
- Responsible for oversight of groups and VIP's.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 2-year college Associate's Degree.
- Must have at least 2 years of Supervisor experience.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
- Must be organized, timely, and detailed-oriented.
- Basic Computer software skills; Booker, Book4Time, Spa Soft preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certified desirable.

Compensation: $26.00 per hour + Gratuity Pool + Retail Commission
