Spa Concierge Role:
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at the spa reception desk, ensuring a smooth arrival, treatment, and departure process. The successful candidate will work closely with the Spa Manager to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing the spa appointment schedule, responding to guest needs, and utilizing our Point of Sale System to accurately charge for services and items.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage the spa reception desk, greeting guests, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
  • Respond to guest needs and special requests, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Utilize our Point of Sale System to accurately charge for services and items.
  • Recommend retail products to guests and assist Spa Attendants with other duties as needed.
