About the Location:
Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, our Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail offers a unique blend of natural beauty and luxury amenities. Our team is passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience, and we're seeking a talented Spa Concierge to join our team.

Spa Concierge Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our spa guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the spa reception desk, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for spa and wellness, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the spa reception desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests.
  • Schedule appointments, manage the spa schedule, and check out guests when they depart.
  • Respond to guest needs and special requests, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Utilize our Point of Sales System to accurately charge guests for services and items.
  • Recommend retail products to guests and assist Spa Attendants with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of guest/customer service experience, with a focus on luxury spa settings.
  • Passion for spa, wellness, and holistic modalities.
  • Strong guest service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer equipment and Microsoft applications.
  • Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment is essential.

Schedule & Hours:
