Job Overview

The Spa Concierge is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our resort spa. As a Spa Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing guidance and consultation on spa services, packages, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the guest experience, ensuring seamless interactions between guests and staff.
  • Maintain and monitor work schedules, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Uphold company standards of conduct, grooming, dress, and personal hygiene.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Promote spa programs and activities, fostering a total resort experience for guests.

Requirements:

  • College degree in hospitality or business-related field (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferred).
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Two years of experience in a Spa Concierge role at a RockResort Spa (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Ability to present detailed information to guests and employees (required).
