At Fcs Co, we are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and the ability to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients in need of behavioral health interventions, including assessment, evaluation, and coordination of patient plans of care.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of clinical pathways for behavioral health management and the clinical policies and procedures governing pain management.
- Collaborate with staff, patients, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working in behavioral health settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
