Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant/Mental Health Technician to join our Nurse Resources Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Assist with patient care activities, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation program.
  • Registered as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of Vermont.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, with a preference for acute care experience.
