About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Mental Health Technician to join our Nurse Resources Team. As a floating team member, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in various departments at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will perform nursing care tasks and provide support to patients and families.
  • You will be responsible for promoting communication and collaboration among healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • As a member of our team, you will be expected to function within our Nursing Department and CVMC/Woodridge policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • You must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have completed a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation program.
  • Registration as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of Vermont is required.
  • Minimum one year of LNA experience is required for the Resource Pool, with a preference for acute care facility experience.
