About the Role

Effective School Solutions is seeking a skilled mental health clinician to provide clinical services to students with significant behavioral and emotional needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as a strong understanding of clinical protocols and models of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical interventions that promote academic and mental health stability
  • Provide group, individual, and family counseling
  • Develop and implement family programming, including parent support groups
  • Consult and refer students and families to appropriate levels of care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance student care
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in team meetings and supervision
  • Maintain current professional license and adhere to ethical standards
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2+ years of experience treating children and adolescents
  • Clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
