We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work with a highly seasoned and professional management team to provide clinical services to students with significant behavioral and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical interventions that promote academic and mental health stability for students and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide group therapy, individual counseling, and family counseling services.
  • Collaborate with school administration, district leadership, teachers, and paraprofessionals to enhance the environment of student care.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
  • Must hold a clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy in the state where this position is being offered.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working with students and families, as well as community health and social service agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using a computer.
