Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients regarding outstanding invoices through various communication channels
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates on account balances and confirm payment arrangements
  • Examine billing inconsistencies and resolve them promptly by requesting necessary adjustments
  • Manage minor balance write-offs in accordance with company policies
  • Recognize and escalate significant credit risks to the sales team and upper management
  • Deliver consistent reports on customer accounts to the sales department and supervisors
  • Foster strong relationships with assigned accounts
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial collections within a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of billing processes and Accounts Receivable is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Act and applicable regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel
  • Experience with large ERP systems
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
  • Customer-oriented and professional attitude
