Job Description

HC Brands is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for fueling revenue growth through our HC Brands B2B company stores while nurturing meaningful relationships with our business customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in key account management, ecommerce sales, and customer loyalty. You will be local to the Jacksonville, Florida area as this is a 100% in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain relationships with business customers to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Utilize the HC Brands platform to identify high-revenue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention
  • Collaborate with peers to optimize sales processes and partner with Marketing to innovate sales opportunities
  • Manage both outbound and inbound leads effectively, ensuring they are well-nurtured and ready for the sales cycle
  • Maintain comprehensive client profiles in our CRM for targeted marketing and sales initiatives
  • Conduct routine business reviews with clients and internal teams, focused on continuous improvement and quality

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in business or equivalent and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in key account management; ecommerce sales preferred
  • Experience with lead generation systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot preferred
