Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team at TotalBond Veterinary Hospitals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our veterinary hospital, ensuring the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of veterinary hospital staff, including hiring, training, and development
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient care and client satisfaction
  • Manage hospital finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in veterinary management or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
