Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to questions
  • Engage in suggestive selling and other sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Assist in returning shopping carts and baskets to designated areas
  • Report all irregular issues and problems to the Store Manager for solutions
  • Exceed Customer Service Department's sales goals assigned through the efficient execution of Company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 or older to use sharp knives, use ladders, scaffolds or their substitutes, substitutes above 6 feet in height, and to operate or assist in operating power-driven machinery or equipment
  • No experience required, but a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar work environment is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Retail Associate, Cashier, or Grocery Clerk is preferred
