About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development of IT sourcing strategy and provide executive oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management.
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including system upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance.
- Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, and monitoring on projects.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's digital assets, systems, and data.
- Develop and maintain a robust disaster recovery plan to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions or disasters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within IT, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud-based infrastructure management, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Extensive experience partnering with service providers, both infrastructure and applications.
- Experience with offshoring and managing geographically distributed teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
- Experience delivering customer-facing managed services.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based IT infrastructure, systems, security, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
- Customer service-oriented, with the ability to support a tiered ticketing support system.
- Demonstrated success in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Location within the Wichita area is preferred.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management.
- Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- It is anticipated that an average work week will consist of 50 hours to accomplish the assigned duties.
