Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the IT strategy, including budget planning and financial management.

  • Develop and maintain a robust disaster recovery plan to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions or disasters.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within IT, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud-based infrastructure management, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
  • Extensive experience partnering with service providers, both infrastructure and applications.
  • Experience with offshoring and managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing managed services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based IT infrastructure, systems, security, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Customer service-oriented, with the ability to support a tiered ticketing support system.
  • Demonstrated success in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Location within the Wichita area is preferred.

Physical/Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management.
  • Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • It is anticipated that an average work week will consist of 50 hours to accomplish the assigned duties.
