Job Summary:

Serves customers through call center supporting Driver License, Driver Solutions and Driver Review programs. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide accurate information and resolve issues related to driver licenses and vehicle registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers on driver-related activities in accordance with Kansas Statutes and Kansas Department of Revenue Policy.
  • Support business processes and system processes related to the Motor Vehicle Systems.
  • Communicate professionally and proficiently with the public, both in person and over the phone.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in interviewing, investigating or providing technical assistance to clients, customers, or the public, and one year of experience or education in auditing or accounting support work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in customer service or general office and one year of experience in a call/contact center.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment:

This position is located in the State of Kansas and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
