Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Lead Infant Educator at Creative Playrooms Independence. As a key member of our Early Learning Academies community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional early learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and shared goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and research-based methods.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • CPL 3 or higher; CPR, First Aid, and Communicable Disease trainings required.
  • Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
  • A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
