Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team as a Manufacturing and Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations and sales performance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall plant operations, production, sales, quality, and safety.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across manufacturing and sales processes.
  • Lead the sales department in setting and exceeding performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting employee development plans.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials at competitive prices, balancing cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the manufacturing team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and initiatives to minimize accidents and incidents.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Oversee all production aspects (scheduling, budgeting, inventory, quality control).
  • Implement lean principles and continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and product quality.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between manufacturing and sales teams, translating customer needs into high-quality products and seamless sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years combined leadership experience in manufacturing and sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Working knowledge and deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and sales/marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
